State Sen. Rick Jones, R-Grand Ledge, was recently named the Michigan Association of School Social Workers (MASSW) Legislator of the Year. MASSW President Phil Barker presented Jones with the award.  (10/25/2011)

Rick Jones, R-Grand Ledge, joined Attorney General Bill Schuette, medical professionals and law enforcement officials from across the state to launch an effort to close loopholes in Michigans Medical Marijuana Act. A respected educator, she served the Oneida community for more than three decades. Ewing started teaching in 1977 at Strange School, where she continued to work for the last 34 years. (7/16/2011)
